Not consuming nuts, grains, starches (potatoes, peas, etc) sugars, or alcohol 5 days/week. I can finish the food I have at the time of writing. I can do what I want from 5PM Friday to 5PM Sunday. I will also do my steps (whatever the current goal is) every day, and go to the gym 4 days/week (tbd: I'll discuss which days with jake tomorrow).
