Really excited knowing I dropped close to 5 pounds in less than 2 weeks. Tracking/measuring with FitBit, Workout Journal and myfitnesspal have been key

Really good on fasting, I'd say 3/4 days on exact calorie tracking. 5/6 days worked out. 4/6 HIIT cardio

Day 2. 10 minutes of HIIT + Pull Day. Woke up 530, worked out 6 am to 7 am

First workout of the 10 week challenge down. Bout to have my first meal. Aiming for between 1600-1700 calories a day, should be easier with IF. It's much easier on the days where I can work out in the afternoon and have my first meal late (like 2 or 3).
