So looking back at week 1, I had desert when I mentally had panned not too on three days: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. On Wednesday and Friday I got desert from the lunch line. On Thursday we had event after school with dessert and I hadn’t eaten dinner yet so it was hard to resist. Next week I need to have fun or mother snack to pop in my mouth instead.

I did get some desert from the lunch line today, but limited it to a very small portion of bread pudding. I didn't take a cookie from the coffee station at breakfast.

Had a craving for dessert today but had some blueberries instead.

So far today I've resisted the temptation of the candy bowl at work. I am fine if I'm at home, but the coffee station at work and the treats people leave there are a big downfall for me. So far, so good!
