Sort of met the goal I'd say except maybe 1-2 nights! You're right, I feel more mental clarity and less stress since going to bed more consistently. Next month will be even better :) |

| Jenn, this is a great habit to build and has lots of benefits like improved health, complexion, and mental focus! I am going to be with you every step of the way, and I believe you can accomplish this. Plus, the money at stake comes out of your next month's clothing allocation...right? :) | |
