I will only allocate two 10 minute slots per day to check social media. I will set a timer on my phone. I can allocate this time between instagram, facebook, linkedin, and snapchat as I please. I am allowed to enter these apps to check for specific people or content only outside of these times.

| This went very well. I only broke this in the last couple days of vacation at the end of school and during 1 or 2 very very long commutes. Otherwise a stellar record, this one is a clear success in helping me get off social media. | |
