| 280.2 this week. And that's a wrap. It funny that the week where I worked out 3 times my weight loss stalled, but this week I didn't work out and got another massive drop. If I were to guess, is because working it retain some water. Will have to keep that in consideration for my next weight loss Sprint after I return from Florida. | |
