Today I learned about willpower and how difficult it is to cultivate. My goal is to remove the need to make choices by planning out my meals and exercise routines. I am also currently hiding a maple glazed donut in my desk drawer, that a coworker brought me, so that it is not a constant temptation. I also brought in healthy snacks to eat for those moments when I need to have something substantial (hazelnuts, sunflower seeds and raisins). I am also hoping to keep this commitment for 66 days after which it will hopefully have become habit.
