betterchristmas commits to:
Eating Healthier. Ideally diet I will follow will be what ever calorie amount is recommended for my height/weight or what ever trainer at gym consultation tells me. the end all be all is if in 2 weeks I did not lose 1 pound. I have failed the diet plan. i will be honest weekly to referee about diet i am trying and if I fail that diet that week he rules against me.
