I've been eating reasonably well and doing yoga or biking on most days. Happy with this progress. I won't be able to hit 144 in 4 days, but as long as I drop a touch more, I'll be happy with this progress. I made my targets aggressive and with kids being away, I am out more with friends, which means yummy restaurant meals and drinks. Not always conducive for a diet, but I'm doing well. Keeping it going!!! |

I have been eating well. A little too many nuts two days ago, but I'm ok with the transition. The salad I had for lunch was too sweet (roasted pineapple), but again these are good trade offs for now. No processed food, no dairy, no meat, no whites!!!
Enjoying the fact that I am waking up early and doing some form of exercise, yesterday I did 20 mins of yoga, rode my bike to work, did a weight workout (light one), then rode bike home after work. Impressive, isn't it? :)
Today, woke up and did 20 mins of yoga again and then meditated for 10 mins. So nice. Feeling a bit sluggish, so will make a concerted effort to go to sleep earlier. Goal is 10:30 (11:00 is latest!).
I expect to reach my weekly goal, which is in 4 more days.

Today went well so far (I'll report about the rest of the day later tonight):
- woke up early
- meditated for 10 mins
- had a glass of warm water with lemon
- had a cup of bullet coffee
- made a delicious green juice
- took an exhilarating shower
- did 20 mins of yoga toning
- now getting ready to take action for my business |
