Breakfast:
Steel cut oats with activated almond milk, chia seeds, banana and peanut butter

Lunch:
Shredded chicken
celery and mushrooms
Cucumber
Sauerkraut

Snack:
1 serving brown rice crackers
2 small mandarins
1 golden kiwi fruit

Dinner:
Salmon fillet with skin + skin of another fillet
Cauliflower mash
3/4 of a small grilled zucchini
Bunch of baby spinach
1 glass of 1/2 water 1/2 sugar free cranberry juice

In late July - early August of last year I decided I was sick of the way I looked, the way my peers treated me and the way I couldn’t move my body how I wanted to. So - here I am now 12 months later, 23kgs down. With a starting weight of 86kgs I currently drift between 61 and 63kgs, my goal is to hit 58kgs by the end of October for my birthday in the early days of November.
