2/10 Wasn't really stressed. We finally figured out the layout of the tiles in my kitchen so we need to finish that this upcoming weekend. I'm thankful for break next week because then I can just hang out and relax. |

4/10 Had a little bit of a stressful week. I had two exams on Thursday so I was stressed about that. |

| my anger goal is 2/10 this week. I was extremely stressed when dealing with my dogs this weekend because both were sick and I didn't get any sleep. However, I handled it well. | |
