Top rating, to keep body temperature- material
Changing temperature during sleep, because of material
Body temperature is higher than room temperature - the body has internal temperature clock

SUN DISAPPEAR - TEMPERATURE DROPPED (colder side of pillow) - THAT'S THE SIGN TO THE BRAIN WE MOVING TOWARD NOCTURNAL SLEEP

There are 3 different types for sleep pattern
AM/PM/IN BETWEENERS

Morning light: blue; can be higher than 10000 flux - Sunlight
Electrical light much lower in flux - affects sleeping/brain activity: alertness is high
Post- Sleep routine to brain wake up - important to be exposed to it - melatonin production

Evening light: orange; gets the body ready to relax/sleep
Pre-Sleep routine to help the body better recover during nighttime sleep
Before going to sleep brain needs to be exposed to it - serotonin production
