TwoYearsAndHalf commits to:
Progressively limit my eating of products with refined sugar. It's an addiction which reinforces my binge-eating, causes me false mental coping when i'm experiencing negative emotions, and furthermore, it kills my body day after day. I want to feel free, with a light weight and not a full belly. With good teeths and good breath.

Yes but it's not really a win. My consumption of carbs and lipids is up, and i have not done sports in two weeks.

My gut and stomach hurt. I ate to much junk food this week. I need a detox.

This week i can say i have reduced my consumption of sugar by 50%. The conditions this week were particular(off work because of neurasthenia). So i'll see next days. I still don't know what to eat the morning, and i think it plays a big role in my sugar binge-eating late in the day.
