I did not even try this week because I already knew that I was not going to meet my overall goal because of last week's progress.

This week I did horribly. I found that I was eating more snacks that were not healthy this week. I also had such a busy week that I barely packed my breakfast and lunch and I was eating out more then usual.

This week I did okay. I had to remember to pack a lot of fruit and veggies in the morning so that I wouldn't have to eat everything in the evening! I tried to eat 2 fruits in the morning, 1 fruit and 1 veggie at lunch and 1 veggie in the evening. This worked well, but the weekend have been hard because I'm not "packing" my food.

This week I did pretty well! I made sure when I went to the grocery store that I bought salads, fruit and lots of veggies.
