| Hard to believe it has been 3 weeks since I’ve has dessert, chocolates, cookies etc. I came close yesterday with an overy sweet chocolate protein bar- too close for comfort. I’ve calmed down a bit on wanting to eat tons of carbs. I’m just eating between 7-7- and feeling like Im eating more, and I drink tons of tea just to keep the cravings down. Maybe that will balance out too. | |
