josthorn commits to:
No refined sugar unless it's within the form of fuel for runs. Specific things that will not be consumed include ice cream, energy drinks, candy bars, deserts with added sugar, cereal, bread. Maple syrup, dates, and honey permitted.
Things to eat often are my cheap keto plan and probiotic foods. Intermittent fasting also encouraged.

WOOHOOOOOOO! Good job son! Today is the start of Lent - as you started off with Abel! - so I am going to work on one meal a day and cutting back on sweets and cards. Next week you will report on Lindsay's 30th birthday! :) |
