On the next three evenings I will weigh myself within 5 minutes of arriving home for the evening. If I weight 172.5 lbs or more, I will consume no more calories before bed. For the three evenings after that, the cutoff will be 172.0 lbs. If I do eat, I will attempt to keep under those weight limits before going to bed.
