I will journal when anxious and feeling uptight or too perfect, instead of eating a sugary food. I will use Smart tools and community as well. I will find substitute foods that I enjoy.

Near slip yesterday weekend. Weekend deserts become an excuse. Watch it and remember cravings aren't real and will pass.
