Not engage in media that I find overly addictive, such as manga and web novels. I will not engage with movies, youtube videos, tv shows, or games in my apartment, only when outside, and with others. I accept boredom, and will replace previous activities with healthier, non-addictive ones.

| yep, web novels are stories written and released online. The term gets used a lot in reference to the ones released in Asia(Chinese, Japanese, Korean), cause the culture there is massive. Crossword puzzles.. yep. I'd never be addicted to that. | |
