DID EXTRA LIGHT SESSION ON WEDS, AND COS OF SLIGHT TWINGE IN SHOULDER I ONLY REALLY DID ARMS (+ SOME ABS).
BALANCED THAT BY DOING A HEAVIER THAN NORMAL FULL BODY +CHEST WORKOUT ON FRI EVENING.

1 X SMALLER SHOULDER WORKOUT ON WEDS, THEN FULL BODY WORKOUT ON SAT. STILL NOT QUITE PUSHING IT TO MAX VOLUME WHILE STILL WORKING BUT PLANNING ON PUSHING CLOSER TO MAX NUMBERS DURING XMAS VAC WHEN WORK STRESSES ARE LOWER.

One smaller but still highish volume shoulder workout on Weds, then full body one with extra Farmers Walks, legs and chest on Sunday. NB: The shoulders one probably had too much weight. I can get the hypertrophy in my shoulders by doing sets of 12 on lighter weights. That's the best way for me to manage slightly damaged shoulders I think.
