One smaller but still highish volume shoulder workout on Weds, then full body one with extra Farmers Walks, legs and chest on Sunday. NB: The shoulders one probably had too much weight. I can get the hypertrophy in my shoulders by doing sets of 12 on lighter weights. That's the best way for me to manage slightly damaged shoulders I think.
