NOT IDEALLY SPACED BUT DID 3 WORKOUTS AGAIN - WEEK 3 OF B2B PHASE 4. STRENGTH IS GOING UP. I THINK I'VE PUT ON A BIT OF MUSCLE THIS HOLIDAY, WHICH WAS THE WHOLE POINT! :-)

Yes. I did 2 rather than 3 workouts this week, but still sticking to the B2B PH4 Day1, Day 2 , Day 3 regime.
Just maybe this week I left too long a gap between workouts! :-) So averaging 2.5 workouts per week for now? :-)
In any case I am seeing and feeling the benefits of the added intensity and focus and volume and diet and supplements!

Still sticking to B2B PH4 now into Wk2. I'm doing a great job of keeping as many exercises as they suggest, while avoiding injuries, and also doing much better on form, tempo, resting and overall intensity. My body is noticing the increase in demand! :-) I'm also using some amazing bone broth powder from Sweden which helps me hit protein targets while not increasing calories but adding collagen! :-)
