For variety, try out a different routine each week. Include: brush teeth, reading, shower, stretches, meditation with Calm, Sleep Stories. Use screen management to avoid certain apps after 10pm. No x-stitch, Podbean, journalling. 10.30-7.30/11-8.

I have been journalling before bed because I've been doing the Decide then don't decide regularly. If I don't do it, I'm not very good at sticking to anything the following day.
Also, Calm's Sleep Stories have been effective when I've been anxious, like on the 30th when I was worrying about the Iranians.

I'm still working on stopping work by at least 10pm in order to wind down and do my evening routine.

This week went okay. I'm going to continue with going to bed in the 11-8 window and will change my breakfast alarm to 8 too. I also did well writing out the night before the *Decide then don't decide* list of things to do the next day, as it's really helped my productivity.
