On 5 of the next 7 evenings, I will weigh myself between 5 and 7 p. m., or within 5 minutes of last coming home for the evening. If I weigh more than 170.5 lbs. I will consume no more calories the rest of the evening, but will in any case consume no more than 700 calories after my weigh-in.
