On 5 of the next 7 nights, I will weigh myself between 5 and 7 p. m., or within 5 minutes of arriving home for the evening. If I weight more than 171.5 lbs., I will consume no calories for the rest of the evening, but in any case, I will consume no more than 700 calories after my weigh-in.
