Funny story.. added Instagram to talk to lynzee’s sister and found myself mindlessly scrolling, getting jealous, and thinking about random fake influencers that didn’t even cross my mind the last couple weeks without it. Wonder if I can find a happy medium where I’m still posting shit but not scrolling? Idk. I like posting and keeping ppl in the loop about me, and keeping in touch with girls. The rest is stupid and bad for me. |

| I didnt relapse but I did jack off twice which was not a great idea as I totally had to force it. This reminded me that without structure/rules I am nothing more than a craving monster. Soooo therefore I will not be hacking off for at least a month. | |
