For the next 7 days, I will weigh myself between 5 and 7p.m. Monday to Thursday, if I weigh more than 178 lbs, I will consume no more calories the rest of the evening, and Friday to Sunday, the cutoff will be 177.5 lbs. In any case, on 5 of 7 evenings, I will consume no more than 700 calories after my weigh in.
