| stayed up too late one night (Monday?) but the rest of the week was in bed with lights out by 11:25. (So I did not completely meet my goal, but close enough because still a big improvement, and last night I went to bed at 11:06!) So I will give myself a pass this week. But I think 11:15 is not early enough-- 11 would be better. | |

| lights out last night at 11:20. I will give myself a pass on that one. But took longer than usual to go to sleep. I think it was close to midnight by the time I fell asleep. Then woke up at about 4:30am and did not go back to sleep until around 7:15, then had some light sleep for an hour. Too excited from weekend. | |
