Wed: Stop eating until dinner after 1:30 Dinner: burgers and veggies and fat
Thurs: fast till lunch with veggies and protein and fat with flackers and optional nut butter. Dinner: empanadas, veggies and fat NYC: eat whatever you want up. Friday – 2 1 hour long eating windows with 3 hours min between. Sat: up to 3 1 hour long eating windows (dinner length is however long you are in restaurant and ends once you leave restaurant). Start fasting noon on Sunday.
