If you want to be healthy, inside and out, incorporating exercise into your life is important. Research has shown that regular physical activity is a major contributor to effective weight loss, improved physical health and emotional well-being. Ready to finally commit to getting in shape?
"There was one day when I was really lazy and just procrastinated working out and ended up doing nothing productive the whole day. To avoid this next time I want to implement the strategy of removing friction when going to exercise, meaning the number of things I have to do to actually get to doing exercise. For example, having my bag and clothes packed for the gym and leaving it by the front door. I also want to improve the consistency of my schedule, right now it is a mess up of working out some days and not in order and playing volleyball other days. I want to have a consistent routine to my week of working out and volleyball and working out in the order of body parts worked out instead of skipping some days."
"super. 50s each day except saturday. no mission peak, just row erg. 80W @50 min or 9k seems dialed in. Can increase time or add a second segment. I will do this as a long haul thing. Feeling age from love situation, haha. "
"tough week, still pushing forward--- first love and then anxiety from parting. financially = very difficult but also no choice whether she is in or out. age can be worked through. i leave it here. love makes me want to live. i have not felt this --- ever. How to infuse my life with that anyway. Dad, 3Nav good, india wind down good, r/e leads are in hand for upcoming week, u.s. legal got backed up and hope to push into research this week."
"I fell like I am experiencing ups and downs... I have noticed that I really need to select my energy and that my mood also really declines when i dont meet the expectations and goals i set for myself. In the recent days i have experienced a bad mood being related with bad behaviors. I feel like i am stuck in a never ending cycle where the routine would help me so much but it dosent work everyday for me... So I want to establish new challenges. Today i want to try and charge my phone out of reach of my bed, meaning that ill have to stand up to reach my alarm. Maybe this will be the small steps which mill make me get out of bed more efficiently in the morning."
"This week was honestly more challenging than I expected. I only managed to wake up early once to work out in the morning, which initially made me feel disappointed because it didn’t align with the routine I wanted to build. I had this clear image in my head of becoming someone who consistently trains early, and not meeting that expectation felt frustrating.
However, I still worked out later in the day on other days. That’s something I need to consciously acknowledge. Even if it wasn’t at 7am, I still showed up for myself. I didn’t completely abandon the habit, I adapted it. And that’s an important difference.
I noticed that waking up early requires more than just motivation. It depends on sleep, stress levels, health, and overall energy. After being sick recently and feeling slightly demotivated, my body clearly needed a bit more recovery. Instead of seeing this week as a failure, I’m starting to see it as feedback: maybe the focus right now shouldn’t be on the time of day, but on consistency in movement overall."
"Run felt really good today. I did some tests and passed all of them, so it feels good to know that I am on track and ready to start transitioning back to normality.
I also think this goal has helped to change my mindset more than anything, which is a really good feeling to have.
One has to imagine sysyphus was smiling"
"I joined my friends in a sculpting all body class at fit club collective in segovia. Personally, I found it quite okay at first but as the exercises continues I started to struggle more and was quite sore the next day. I have now signed up to be a member at FCC so I have to go more often."
"Met with family today and it put me in a good mood. Knee was feeling a bit sore but didnt really notice it. Feeling like I am back from sickness so looking forward to getting out and running again."
"I have been listening to my body recently. I have had a bit of a nasty chest, so Ive been taking it easy on the running, but doing all I can in the gym. Instead of being grateful for days off, I am looking forward to being at full strength, which shows in my opinion that my behavior towards the gym is changing. "
"The first few days I worked out and went to the gym but I felt that I went too hard and till failure. This left me feeling super sore struggling to do basic movements so the rest of the week I went light. I also changed my workout plan before I was spending too much time in the gym, around 1.30 hrs to 2 hrs, this left me bored and unmotivated. I changed my workout plan so that I had fewer exercises, and now I am in the gym for only around an hour, which is perfectly feasible."
"Decent effort. I am a bit unaware of exact calories as fish and chips unmeasured + ale. I don't think more than 4.5 nodules.
4.5/10 - Bit down.

"solid week. one mission peak. 5 row-ergs --- improving form -- have a 3Nav plan where I get row ready and then switch to swim/wts and then do a 3 month prior for each trip. awesome awesome awesome. 3Nav + Dad + VC --stars are aligning. Foc-alin-usmate are making it work. What a wonder. And Amelia -- something else indeed."
"Last two week, i didn't submit the report. I only exercised twice - i did cycling and leg day. Didn't have much time to do.
Last week, I did all
Tuesday (8.00 - 9.00 pm) - jogging on treadmill
Thursday (9.30 - 10.30 am) - leg day
Friday (8.30 - 10.00 pm) - cycling"
"One workout was packing out at Vogue Knitting Live. Ref approved it as a workout bc I was so sore and tired from the weekend! Second workout was a 25 minute weight lifting session at home!"
"I felt really good about my goal today. It was an off day so I only did some sprints, but I am looking forward to tomorrow. I have also noticed how beneficial an early night is for me. I think my reasoning for this goal is to restructure how I view my goals, not so much as burdens and overly ambitios achievements, but more giving myself the best opportunity to achieve what I want to by understanding myself"
"10/10 - doing all my drinks in sync, and having a fun miso soup at the end, worked well

"Had a very big weekend going to circoloco. Interesting to not that my knee was quite swolen, but that kind of makes sense seeing I was dancing from 12-6."
