I did a 5km run at th3 gym on Friday. Which took me 36 minutes. I then did another gym workout early Saturday morning of 10km bike ride before I went to work. I haven't done anything since but I am on target for exceeding my goal this week!

Great week. No significant issues and temptation was low regarding alcohol, tobacco, and firearms for that matter:) This is cool because at home I traditionally enjoyed drinking scotch with my dad and having cigars but we have still had a blast together and both of us have more energy/health.
