| I had gained a little last week, but with this Flu kicking my ass, I lost like 10 lbs in two days and am now like three pounds under where I was before I gained. I'd be more happy about this if I didn't feel so miserable. | |

| Yay! -31.8 lbs total which is exactly 10% of my starting weight!! Pretty awesome!! I have to come up with my next goal, which I'm pretty sure will be getting down to 250, which is a few pounds over a 20% loss. At 250, I'm going to start hitting the gym. | |
