Goodtymes commits to:
1. Weigh myself each Monday morning, with spouse as witness.
2. Pay $100 for any Monday after the start date in which I weigh more than I did at my lowest previous Saturday weigh-in, until my BMI is less than 25 for a 5'8" male. 3. Perform at least five (5) hours of exercise each week where my heart rate exceeds 120 bpm (as measured by equipment being used or by personal heart rate monitor).
