Well have tried multiple times since my birthday to quit. I find that the "need" of a smoke is more of a habit of certain activities. But I can't avoid the phone or being alone in the car. Ugh! I have to kick this habit... So I made a list of things I need to do from the 21st of May til June 24th of things I need to do daily. Along with cutting down my smokes, I also need to take care of my body. I want to look good and feel good for my family!
