I know. I know. I know. It's life. Anyway, I didn't gain too much... just waiting to start running so maybe (just maybe?) it will start coming off. Also, I'm keeping track of the treats/high-caloric-density foods that I eat.

Yay! Ok, but yesterday I was at 219 (?) Anyway - I've decided to stop focusing on weight as my goal - instead, make building health my goal. I'll still use this to track my weight... but I'm not going to make losing weight my focus (versus building healthy habits) until June - to see how it all goes.
