This was a great experience. No problems with this goal this week. This whole notion of contracting is working for me. I think I might have to try another contract after this one. I have had lots of support from my significant other. There hasn't been much help per his own contract with the housework, but, we are working that out. Glad I had this experience.

Still hanging in there. There has been a lot of frustration in my life. I took over a new job at work, and still taking a class, with some health issues thrown in there for good measure. No problem here!

I am still hanging in there. This is better than therapy! Some moments of frustration but no impulsive shouting this week. My partner struggled a bit with his commitment this week and I still am keeping my cool!

PS Dr Zangrillo- The month of May is a great month for a Birthday! I hope you dug out of the snow.

Still going strong. Things get better and better. I feel like it really just took writing it down to seal the commitment for me. I am learning a skill and making my relatiinship better. Cant beat that!

Still doing well. I am looking forward to the bed and breakfast. Glad my partner has set his own goal. I definitely don' t want to give him the satisfaction of losing $100 to him. Staying strong!

This week is again going well. My boyfriend has decided that he is going to try to do tings around the house without me asknig him to. We have had success with talking about our issues this past week and he has a better understanding of my need to not have to pick up after him. I have been at a conference this week so he is taking on more responsibilites while I am gone. So far this is having a positive effect on our relationship.

I am sorry that this report is past due. I had made two different commitment contracts on accident and accidentally I had submitted a report on the one that got deleted by StickK. So, here it goes. I did have sucess in my first week. The coping strategies that I chose are working well for me. Also, my significant other has been both helpful at times with verbal reminders to me when I am feeling irritated, and encouraging words. There is some fun in it too for both of us which includes some lighthearted banter and challenging playful language surrouding the contract. Sor far so good for me. I really think that this contract will help me to change a bad habit and force me to set up some useful habits when it comes to my primary relationship.
