Commitment Journal what's this?

23 Jan 2010 05:27 AM

I haven't received reports in months. I backslided and weigh 243. I am trying to get back on track.

Yes, this was a better week! However, I was able to get off the medication which was causing the weight gain. My appetite has been very poor not even eating much at all many days. I hope all is better this coming week.

28 Oct 2009 11:52 PM

The meds are still kicking my butt, but I'm going off them tonight. Next week, hopefully I will lose for a change.

21 Oct 2009 10:24 PM

Finally a lost a pound. Medication was causing weight gain for 6 weeks. I lost this week but only b/c I worked my butt off all week

7 Oct 2009 12:36 PM

I didn't work out all week what more is there to say?

23 Sep 2009 11:20 AM

Yes, I lost this week but only 2 of the 4 lbs. I gained last week, so I'm still not back where I should be but I could have worked harder this week and just wasn't able to do it.

16 Sep 2009 12:25 PM

This wasn't a good week. I stayed up with my food journal, but I missed one day of workouts and didn't devote as much time as I usually do, so I gained four pounds. That's okay! I'll get it off this week. I wasn't able to be as focused this week due to some other issues going on. This will be a better week.

9 Sep 2009 10:47 AM

Another fantastic week! I'm consistently keeping a food journal, so I can really stay on track. This is my first week to report in on Biggest Losers and I am so glad I have a loss of 2 lbs. I was really sweating it as we had a couple of binges but we recovered by working our butts off all week. Yesterday I put in over 3 hrs. of exercise. I'm jogging every morning now. Hooray!!!!

What an awesome week! Yes, I lost 2 lbs. which isn't that signigicant but considering all I did to get there is. I began the Biggest Loser's group this week on the SparkPeople website. I am on the White Tigers team. I have committed to 60 min. per day of cardio and strength training every other day plus at least 15 minutes of yoga a day. Whewee! What a week. Yesterday, I completed 80 minutes of cardio, 50 minutes of strength training, and 15 minutes of yoga. I'll report my inches on my other goal. It was a kicking week!

Your awesome. I can't believe you are doing so good. I believe we all fluctuate some while trying to lose weight. Keep up the great work.
Love ya,
Sharon
