I commit to stick with my diet and not binge on sweets. I also commit to drink a glass of water every time I feel like eating sweets or eating for comfort. I won't eat when I am not hungry.

| Today was great. It feels so good to be in control! 1) Ate well 2) had a good workout 3) and studied a lot. Feels good to have productive days. Yay! Looking forward to tomorrow! | |

| Good day today :) 1) Abby lent me the book for abnormal psych and said that I'm wonderful and that she can definetely put me in the other university she works at. 2) my monologue went great 3) I had a great workout and felt good about myself | |

| Today was very good. 1) I got 5 out of 5 on the reading check for soc. 2) I felt good most of the time and realized that it's ok to feel good and not let others attitudes and behaviors interfere on my inner piece :) 3) I had a good workout and am being a lot more sociable at the gym :-) I'm happy. Eating was ok, not great today. Bit tomorrow will be better:) | |
