Lunch: Grilled chicken or other lean protein over greens, or alternate item 500 calories or less. Dinner: Grilled chicken, fish, or other lean protein, 500 calories or less. Snacks: Healthy snack of fruit permitted twice per day. Alcohol: At least 1 day per week with no alcohol. Weekdays 1 drink max. No candy.
