I was able to follow through with my goal this week of getting 8 hours of sleep each night preceding a work day. There was a bit of a change of schedule, however, being that I was able to go into work late on Monday due to parent-teacher conferences. This made it okay for me to go to bed later than the normal time on Sunday night. I was able to get 8 hours and 2 minutes of sleep Sunday night, 8 hours 7 minutes Monday night, 8 hours 1 minute Tuesday night, 8 hours and 10 minutes Wednesday night, and 8 hours 6 minutes Thursday night. I hope that I am able to continue to excel this upcoming week. |

I am realizing how difficult this goal has been, between working full time and taking graduate classes. I did a lot better this week, getting eight hours of sleep on every night but Thursday. Once again, I will be handing over my prize to my referee, Tyler! I am slowly realizing that I should have given myself a little leeway, with maybe a one night forgiveness plan. Hopefully I will meet my goal next week, or at least improve! However, I must say regardless of meeting my goal, I am definitely getting a lot more sleep than I was prior to this behavior contract. |

For the week of October 12th to October 19th, I had a lot harder of a time keeping up with my goal, only sleeping 8 hours for 2 out of the 5 nights! Last week was a high stress week between work, school, and family visiting, so I am hoping to make up for it next week. |
