| This was a really worthwhile undertaking. It took some mindfulness and effort and I needed to challenge certain habits and beliefs but it was worth it. Why not have a bit of harmony in life, especially when one is in their 80s! My biggest doubt was whether I could do this and still feel "genuine". That was a challenge and would continue to be but it did lead to a shift in attitude. | |
