Even better than the first week. This week I plan to add some extra cardio too.

My goal is to workout a minimum of 3 days per week and hopefully more. I plan to always work out on Mondays so I can get going for the rest of the week and then Tuesday and Thursday. I hope that once I get into the habit of this then it's something I'll keep up for the rest of my life.
