BUT... last night, I did do 6 x 20 x 4.5 lb Hughstons, so yay on that front. Both kids were on the bed doing exercises, too, with the smaller weights. Conrad was doing the Hughstons wrong until I told him to keep his back still and only use his shoulder. That suddenly made it not quite so easy. :)
