only made it the gym 3 days this week (215 minutes total), but twice did a 30 minute workout video at home. Wheeee! I will try to get to the gym more this week...

Did 75 minutes of cardio today, including 20 minutes of running, which is probably the most I've run in a single session since college (even though it wasn't all at once). Did longer intervals than usual though, so I am working up my endurance. Good start to my week, makes up for not going to the gym yesterday (although I did do a 30 OnDemand video - and it's harder than you would think...).
