good job, even with the arnold, this week, mornings meaning post 6am

I went a little overboard by pushing the rules of what is traditionally defined as a "morning". ...and cheat-eating starting midnight of friday night and saturday night, in addition to the mornings. This could be changed to minimize late night fat storage...

job well done this first week! not as hard as i thought and even felt a little sick on my two morning cheat days!

Just woke up from my first official SFF days (Sugar, Fried and Flour), and I realized that I didn't specify whether the cheat day start at midnight, 12:01am or when I woke up on Saturday, so I had a few meat balls and a slice of the brick of fudge chocolate right around 12:45am. I made it though, no cheating from Monday to Friday night, and now I have Saturday and Sunday morning, which means I'm off to Northstar, Sylvia's favorite breakfast joint.
