"Regular sleep" I commit to:
I will go to sleep before midnight and wake up before 7:30 AM at least three times a week. And I'll get more sleep overall, trying to fit in some power-naps or yoga breathing exercises at least four days a week.
I'm happy to hear you're making progress--good for you! Regarding the week's sleep being "not ideal," are you familiar with the following saying? "The perfect is the enemy of the good." Yay, Pavel!

It was not bad, but usually I got up at 9 AM. Enjoyed it, though :-)

I'm working on my sleeping habits, and I go to sleep before midnight. I usually stay in bed until 7:45 or 8:00 PM, still I'm going to call this week a success.
