Walked all around Montreal this weekend. I counted that 10 miles or so as one of my days.

Went running on Thursday. The bad ankle felt good, and the good ankle felt bad. Puzzle me that.

Only worked out twice this week. I'm going to start running tomorrow. It will be the first time really running since breaking my ankle in March

Worked out this morning. Nothing crazy, just crunches, situps, etc for about 15-20 minutes after I got up. Thats 1 time for this week.
