"I only ate 9 yesterday but that was in part because I traveled to salt lake straight from my restorative yoga class and then immediately ran errands when I got back home so I missed lunch. Then I was so tired from traveling around I had a simple dinner of strawberries and grapefruit. I did not have junk food, I just ate a thousand fewer calories than I burned. "
"Lots of squats where my legs could hardly stand with the daily exercises and daily hikes. The dead bug was hard as well with the lifts, but did well on most other exercises."

"Two weeks not stalled but actually going in the wrong direction create a daunting prospect. But I will not be defeated and I will not quite. That said, it seems reasonable to expect that it will take another two weeks for me to get back on track. But as long as I resume losing weight, I will still be making progress. "Ended last night needing to lose about 2 pounds overnight, thought that was unlikely. Woke up closer to 4 pounds lighter! I weighed a few times because I didn't believe the scale! I've almost hit next weeks weigh in, but will eat more today and tomorrow."
