Break: high protein yogurt bircher (32g protein) mixed fruits, chopped almonds, maple syrup

Lunch: 125g tofu (10g) protein, 100g peas, 100g broccoli

Dinner: sweetcorn, broccoli, mozzarella and asparagus puff pastry tart

Snack: dark chocolate w orange and almonds.

Break: pancakes w. Forest fruits, banana, maple syrup and sugar
Lunch: 125g tofu, 100g broccoli, 100g peas and teriyaki sauce.

Dinner: raspberries, hot chocolate.

Water:2 ltrs, coffee x2

Iā€™m struggling to find the balance when I go out. I can see that clearly my cravings for sugar and coffee came back when I had the day out with mum, I find it difficult to navigate.

I like to go out for dinner but I find it hard to balance all these things.
