My trainer and I have moved up to two days a week! An intense but short workout on a weekday and a longer one on a weekend day My scale at home has been acting weird. I think I need to find a new place to put it. When I weighed myself yesterday and moved it around the bathroom floor it weighed me anywhere between 167 and 163.2. so I have no idea what is accurate. I don't think my bathroom floor is perfectly level with the mosaic floor. |
