I hate giving away my money. Truth is, I didn't do it. I got in my head about how I'd spend that time instead of just going on and figuring it out from there. I wanted to spend more time doing outreach but I couldn't wrap my head around it mentally. And then I got in my head and it threw me off completely. I'm not out of the woods on this yet, as I still need to figure this part out; but what I can say is when I have a plan of attack and feel clear on the steps, I stay on track and get everything done. Action brings clarity, so just keep moving forward.

I had a good week of social engagement. I do much better when I start earlier, so I have to encourage myself do it as soon as I have down time and not wait until later in the evening. Something else I'm working on is my outreach strategy to make connecting better/easier. I'm looking for more coaching opportunities, so I have to make sure I'm leading conversations towards that outcome. This coming week will be a good experiment of this, as I plan to reach out to at least ten people per day.

I find that when I jump on it earlier in the day, it's easier to complete. When I wait -- that's when my mind kicks in to tell me not to do the work. The work itself isn't hard, but the stories that pop up in my brain make it most challenging. But, improving my timing and systems is helping.

I did 60 minutes per day, but they felt hard! I haven't found a routine/rhythm yet at this volume, as there are now additional items I'm looking to accomplish. I will work on this for this upcoming week. I'm also learning how to stay in the activity even if it feels uncomfortable. When I have times I don't want to even do it, I still have to push myself to do what I know is important.
