Sunday 02-02-2014 - Day 28
Athletic Greens

Breakfast – 1/2 c. steel cut oats, 1/2 c strawberries, 1 oz. walnuts (4.1 g sugar)

Smoothie – 1 c. spinach, 1/2 c. strawberries, 1 c. almond milk, 2 T protein powder (5.4 g sugar)

Lunch - 4 homemade gluten free pancakes (12 g sugar), w/ 1 t. maple syrup (4 g sugar)

Snack - 1 oz. walnuts mixed (0.7 g sugar)

Dinner – paleo buffalo chicken nuggets (8 oz. worth?), Kale chips (2 g sugar)

Total Sugar – 28.2 g sugar

Water 100 oz.

Total Steps –8,320 (forgot to turn it on after a 2 hour car trip - so probably missed 1/3 steps for the day)

Saturday 02-01-2014 - Day 27
Athletic Greens and Green drink (1 T Chlorophyll, 1 T aloe vera)

Breakfast –3 eggs, 1 c. spinach

Smoothie – 1 c. spinach, 1 c. strawberries, 1 c. almond milk, 2 T protein powder (8.7 g sugar)

Telemark skied- 9,000 of vertical

Lunch –6 oz. chicken, mixed greens, egg, 1/2 c. grape tomatoes (2 g sugar), vinaigrette (2 g sugar?)

Snack - 2 oz. almonds/walnuts mixed (2 g sugar)

Workout – HIIT – running – was awful due to exhausted legs from skiing. 6 minute abs circuit, I needed the 30 second rest between sets

Dinner –3 oz. chicken, 2 oz. paleo pork (2 g sugar), 1 c. broccoli 1/2 oz. sausage, 2 T marinara sauce (homemade – leftovers from other night) (1 g sugar)

Total Sugar –17.7 g sugar

Water 100 oz.

Total Steps –13,959 (didn’t include walking around base of mountain because pedometer application drains my phone too much)

Friday 01-31-2014 - Day 26
Athletic Greens and Green drink (1 T Chlorophyll, 1 T aloe vera)

Workout – Fasted cardio on treadmill

Breakfast –1 egg + 1 1/2 whites, 1 c. spinach, 3/4 c. raspberries (4 g sugar)

Workout – Bodyweight Circuit #2 – 6 sets + finisher

Snack - smoothie – 3/4 c. almond milk, 2 T protein powder, 1/4c. strawberries, 1 c. spinach (4 g sugar)

Lunch –3 oz. chicken, mixed greens with homemade Caesar dressing,

Snack - smoothie – 1 c. almond milk, 2 T protein powder, 5 stevia drops, 1 c. spinach (2 g sugar)

Dinner – Kale chips, 1/2 batch almond meal chips (2 g sugar), 3 oz chicken (Got stuck in the car for 4 hours due to highway closure, so ate random groceries, snacks I’d packed for the weekend. Thus the absurdly high amount of almond chips)

Total Sugar –10 g sugar

Water 100 oz.
